Lori is a cake-designer extraordinaire. She makes the most beautiful edible creations that continue to amaze me. We recently did a portrait session at High Park in Toronto when the cherry trees were out in full bloom. It was pretty painful to wake up that early but watching the sunrise through the blossoms definitely made it worth it! After the session we headed to Lori’s new studio where I got to see the cake that Lori designed for the Royal Wedding Cake competition that aired on the Marilyn Denis show. Yes, Lori won said competition and I can see why. I love it.
