Portraits | Melissa Hetu

I have photographed Melissa a number of times over the past couple of years. It is always a challenge to photograph someone so familiar to me in a new way. Mel and I met over two years ago in Mexico. At the time she was living in Montreal but soon after we met, she moved to Toronto. She is a lady of music and divides her time between working for Indica Records and Audioblood and co-hosting Aux Weekly. She is one busy lady but I know that she truly loves everything that she does. Here are a few of my favourite images from the portrait session that took place in my studio.
