Portraits | Fifteen-month Vannya | Querétaro, Mexico

If you have every spoken to me, you know how much I adore my nieces. I am lucky enough to have two sisters who each have a daughter. I love being Auntie Jess.  My niece Vannya lives in Mexico so I do not get to see her nearly enough. In fact, the last time that I visited her, she was a mere two weeks old. I recently took a vacation to Querétaro and spent eleven glorious days with this little one who is now fifteen months old. Most afternoons, it was just the two of us while my sister and brother-in-law worked. We would make forts, read books and play outside. We would laugh and I would tell her everything that I could think of. It was so nice to get to know her personality. My sister Emily is an incredible mother and I cannot wait to see just who this little lady becomes.
