Editorial Portraits | Fashion Designers for The Kit

A few weeks ago I shot a pretty fun job for The Kit. The job was to photograph five Canadian fashion designers in their own work spaces. The Kit’s art directors wanted portraits of the designers as well as details of their spaces. They wanted to see a little more “behind the scenes” to get insight into what makes these talented people tick. For this assignment I was fortunate enough to meet and photograph Chloe Comme Parris, David Dixon, Amanda Lew Kee, Dennis Merotto and Arthur Mendonça. The story was originally published in the printed feature of The Kit that comes with the Toronto Star weekly on Thursdays.
