Heather + Deric’s Engagement Portraits!

I really like Heather + Deric. Their portrait session was one of those where I left just feeling good about life. Heather + Deric live in South Dakota so they booked me as their wedding photographer before actually meeting in real life. I was very excited to finally meet them for their engagement session when they were in town to visit their family this summer. Our original plan had been to head to the Island but when the weather did not cooperate, we opted to head to the Distillery District. I had always wanted to photograph at some places between my studio and the Distillery and with their session, I was finally able to! I love the urban feel of these images and think that they really show Toronto. Heather + Deric, you are great and I cannot wait to photograph your wedding in 2011!
