Mexican Holgas | Quintana Roo

My Mexican Holgas project is one that I have been working on for almost four years now. I began the project when my sister moved to Mexico. When I visit her, I always have my Holga in hand to document the new places that I explore. So far my Holga and myself have traveled to thirteen of the thirty-one Mexican states.

I love the nostalgic feel of the Holga images. These photographs are from my most recent trip to Mexico around the Southern part of the State of Quintana Roo.

Jessica - My Holga is all-natural, baby! Just to be consistent with the ones that I have shot in the past, I have kept the leaks like this.

We should do a Holga print exchange sometime, if you’re down! :)
