Heather + Jay are a super sweet couple who got married on the long weekend at the lovely Hockley Valley Resort near Orangeville. Their wedding was all about colour – from the flowers to the bridesmaids’ dresses to Heather’s shoes. I loved it! Heather + Jay also had one of the BEST wedding cakes that I have seen. It was made by Jay’s sister, Beth at Whimsical Wedding Cakes. Congratulations Heather + Jay!
Aniela + Gaetano are a super couple! They have been married longer than I have been alive, they have three children + they love to laugh! The session took place at University of Toronto which was the University that they studied together way back when! I must say, September sun is absolutely dreamy.
Tanya + Jonathan fell in love on a sailboat so it was more than fitting to have their wedding as an island one at the Royal Canadian Yacht Club! The entire day was an absolute treat for all of the guests. The day started at Tanya’s parents’ house in Oakville for some Croatian traditions. Jonathan’s side (the Nova Scotians) had to bribe their way to get Tanya. It was a lot of fun and included lots of dancing afterwards! We then all headed to Toronto to RCYC for the actual wedding events. Guests boarded the ferry that then took them to a cute church hidden amongst the trees. After the ceremony guests took the ferry again to RCYC to have cocktails on the lawn before the official reception began. Congratulations Tanya + Jonathan! Your wedding was wonderful!
